Salerno Student Presents Course for Teens to Minister for Education

Young Minds Online Goes to Leinster House 6th Year Salerno Secondary School student Sophie Burke has presented a course for teenagers to Minister for Education Minister Ruairí Quinn. The Leaving Certificate student took a day out of her studies to meet Minister Quinn in his office in Leinster House to share details of Young Minds Online. Young Minds Online – Social Media Use Policy

This group of Transition Year students developed their own Social Media Use Policy around areas such as privacy, emotions, geo-tags, language, sharing, images, videos etc. They discuss how they did  this in this presentation.
