Joanne has a Masters in Digital Marketing (researching An Garda Síochána’s (Irish Police force) use of social media), a Masters in Journalism (researching the Morris Tribunal) a public inquiry into allegations of wrong-doing amongst members of An Garda Síochána in the Donegal Division).
