The Challenge for Schools in 2014

Digital Training Institutes Head Mentor JSB will be attending La Touche Trainings Bullying in the Digital Age Conference on Saturday 29th March in the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel, Dublin 8.

One of the biggest challenges facing school managment in 2014 is dealing with bullying online. This one day conference  will provide up-to-date knowledge and practical guidance from experts who will share the benefit of their expertise and experience in this area. Unknown-51

On the day the conference will cover:

– The tecnical and legal safeguards around Cyberbullying.

Legal issues around allegations of bullying, Duty of care owed by schools, The liability of schools and recent Irish cases.

 –A Workshop on Compliance and implementation of the new Department of Education and Skills guidelines.

Anti-Bullying training for parents.

The day will also include round table discussions, practical work and opportunities to network and connect with colleagues and the conference speakers.
