Earlier this year I wrote a summer a course with my 18-year old daughter Sophie aimed at Transition Year students. I’ve long held the idea that tweens and teens who are the social media generation are guiding themselves through it. Very often parents aren’t aware of the pitfalls or indeed advantages of social. And so they cannot be of help in trying online situations. Step in Sophie and I. A mother and daughter duo who have guided each other through the social media journey from age 13-18.
